For the past three years my bourbon pumpkin spice layer cake has been featured in American Cake Decorating magazine. While I love a good layer cake when I am always looking for my pound/bundt cake pans first.
So I decided to create this easy, moist and beginner friendly bundt cake. The holidays are a wonderful time for pumpkin but sometimes that same old pumpkin wont do.
